The 100-Day Sproutbox Guarantee is a testament to our confidence in the quality of our raised garden beds. Please read the following terms and policies to understand how our guarantee works:

 

1. Trial Period:

  • You have a generous 100-days from the date of delivery to test our raised garden bed in your gardening environment.

2. Eligibility:

  • The 100-Day Sproutbox Guarantee applies only to purchases of Sproutbox Garden raised beds made directly through our official website and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • If, within the 100-day trial period, you are not satisfied with your Sproutbox Garden bed for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund.

4. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@sproutboxgarden.com and we will guide you through the return process.

  • The customer is solely responsible for repackaging the product in the original boxes and dropping the product off at a predetermined courier location.

5. Refund Details:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned raised garden bed(s), we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-business days.

6. Return Shipping:

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

  • Shipping costs will be outlined for the customer before a return is initialized and will be deducted from the total refundable amount.

7. Product Condition:

  • The returned garden bed must be in fair condition, with no excessive wear, damage, or modifications beyond normal use.

8. Exclusions:

  • The 100-Day Sproutbox Guarantee does not cover products purchased through third-party retailers or any damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or acts beyond our control. Raised garden bed kits that have been modified in any way are not entitled to the guarantee. The guarantee does not apply to bags, tools or other garden accessories.

9. Modification or Termination:

  • Sproutbox Garden Inc. reserves the right to modify or terminate the 100-Day Sproutbox Guarantee at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Return Policy

We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy for all other Sproutbox Garden products that are not Raised Garden Bed Kits. Our 30-day return policy applies to all products purchased directly through our official website. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@sproutboxgarden.com and we will guide you through the process. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part. The returned item must be in its original packaging and in good condition. This refund policy does not cover products purchased through third-party retailers or any damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or acts beyond our control.
